Breanna Ramos

Chief Operating Officer

Breanna Ramos brings over eight years of experience in human resources and organizational development​. She focuses on aligning Syntheos’s operational strategy with its business goals​. Equally important, she works to optimize internal processes and nurture a collaborative work culture that fosters growth and efficiency​.

Although Breanna kindly assists Syntheos as interim COO, she is a dedicated "Tech Smithie" at heart and spends most of her time working with the TechSmith Corporation​, a software company based in East Lansing, Michigan​. She started there as an HR intern and eventually became an HR Specialist​, where she has been instrumental in boosting employee engagement and streamlining HR processes​. In one notable initiative, Breanna introduced a video-based approach to open enrollment, which helped increase employee benefits participation from 80% to 100%​ while strengthening trust among the staff​.

Breanna earned her degree from Michigan State University, where she built a strong foundation in organizational management and human resources​. This academic background has informed her people-centric approach to operational management, blending evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of team dynamics.

At Syntheos, Breanna oversees day-to-day operations with an eye toward continuous improvement and alignment with the company’s mission. She ensures that internal processes run smoothly and support Syntheos’s goal of delivering reliable decision-intelligence solutions​. By streamlining workflows and removing roadblocks, she enables our teams to focus on high-impact work and client success.
